About
Chloe’s story…
Chloe finally followed her dream of becoming a practicing ceramicist after a trip to the USA when she met an Auntie for the first time whom is also ceramic artist, Their shared love for art and gardening allowed them to form an instant bond and now even though thousands of miles apart they connect regularly to share their latest creations.
Chloe Abla Studio originated early 2018 in Busselton in Western Australia, a regional city that runs along one of the most beautiful crystal clear bays in the world.
Drawn to organic process of the ceramics particularly hand building, Chloe enjoys the slow process of sculpting unique one off pieces. The need to conserve Australia’s natural environment plays a huge role in the design for her work often featuring hand drawn marine life, sandy white textures and native flora and fauna.
Chloe enjoys working with clients to create unique decor and hardware items such as pendant lights, hand basins and sculptural art for their home or business.
Currently living in Southern Tasmania, Chloe is working part-time in her studio and selling at local shops and makers markets…. stay up to date on instagram.. @claybychloeabla
